Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand things change — here’s how we handle cancellations and
refunds:
Free
Cancellation: You can cancel or reschedule for free up to
12 hours before your scheduled job.
Late
Cancellation: Cancelling within 12 hours of the scheduled
time may result in a $50 call-out fee to cover travel and time.
Job
Not Proceeding: If we arrive and cannot complete the job due
to incorrect information or lack of access, a call-out fee may apply.
Refunds: If
you prepaid and cancel in time or the job can’t be done for a valid
reason, you’ll receive a full refund (minus any applicable fees). Refunds
are processed within 3–5 working days.
Disputes: If you're unhappy with our service, please reach out.
